    The thing I love most about the shift to a Government Service Standard from a Digital Service Standard is the fact that it (rightly) establishes design at the top of the tree rather than technology. Sets the right tone

    Smart move. Progressive countries put digital in PM/President office or in Finance Ministry, with strong controls over cross-Govt spending on technology and clear mandate to improve all public services. It's the new normal. Apart from UK.🤔
