    Smart move. Progressive countries put digital in PM/President office or in Finance Ministry, with strong controls over cross-Govt spending on technology and clear mandate to improve all public services. It's the new normal. Apart from UK.🤔

    Germany is appointing a minister of state for digital within the Chancellery. Excited to see the new coalition government following the internationally proven approach of putting digital at very the centre of gov’t. Congrats, ! Let me know if you like hear from the UK.
