    Zhuo and 's exciting work in the lab on the role of Synaptotagmin 7 in synaptic transmission is out on BioRx. The study indicates calcium sensors beyond Synaptotagmin 1 and 7 regulate facilitation and asynchronous release.

    Great paper by ⁦⁩. Implies that information from scSeq on cell fate is restricted. It catalogues them but doesn’t capture their mechanistic origins. Opportunity for cell biology (eg mechan.&subcell. states, PTMs, influenced by microenv.).
