Would you turn up for a job interview dressed like that and expect to be taken seriously? It just highlights the complete lack of respect all our councillors of all political leanings show for the role and the electorate.

Yes. I would. What have his clothes got to do with it? I’m an analyst, I wear wtf I want. It doesn’t affect my ability to do my job. If anything it improves how I work as I am more comfortable, and people interact with me more freely.

But that surely needs challenging, what difference does it make. I think he’s cool as, individual not a sheep. We should be encouraging this, it’s literally not important if someone wears business attire. If anything requirements like that are barriers.
