Dear #oceanography-twitter: anybody wants to be a Guest Editors in "Journal of Marine Science and Engineering" for the Special Issue “Frontiers in Research on Multi-Scale Coastal Processes”.
Yes, it's an MDPI journal... I never reply to them!
Last time MDPI asked me to guest edit I replied with “of course, my hourly fee is €55. Please let me know where to send the invoice.”

yes, good solution! What I don't understand it that I've seen a special issue with very famous names as guest editors, not even young researchers, and I'm wondering why they do that.
