The first point is utter nonsense: Firstly, COP26 was organised by London, not by Scottish Govt. Secondly, there were lots of 'covid questions asked'. We had to be vaxxed and we needed frequent testing in order to be allowed in. Also, masks were compulsory in the green zone.
