Yesterday, my (3-yr old) son asked me "Why do you work with satellites?" I explained how useful they are and how fun it is to look at weather from space. Then I showed him some satellite pics. His conclusion: "That's fantastic, Daddy. But where are the dinosaurs living?"
FYI, after careful study of many images from the Himawari and GOES satellites, he decided that dinosaurs live in New Zealand.
