Basically standard Oxford university bollocks then, pretend to care about staff but really it's bottom line and those in the top jobs. 3 years I've been away from that crap, hopefully your still on full pay.
Wow, another tone-deaf email to staff from the Vice Chancellor of @UniofOxford.
Nine paragraphs before she mentions staff, which is this gem:
"Our biggest single cost, and our most valuable asset, is our people."
The first thing she says about us is we're a big cost.
