Anyway, capitalism kills 18 million people a year and has been responsible for genocides all over the world for the past 600 years. Why doesn’t anyone ever ask capitalists to admit THEY’RE wrong?

How does capitalism kill 18 million people? How about the hundreds of millions alive now because of the technological and medical advances it and NOT communism has created. Have to do better than that!

It kills them through starvation/dehydration while food/water is abundant, preventable disease when healthcare is available, exposure when there’s housing available. Hoarding. And that’s not even including the many millions that have died to protect the interests of capitalists.

To attribute ANY scientific advances to “capitalism” or “communism” is completely absurd. NEITHER of those have anything to do with the advancement of science, which has progressed in every kind of society.

2. No surplus of food and capital means no development and a nation one step away from famine.

Achieving a surplus of food does not require capitalism, and never did.

1. Yes, Ancient Egypt could create surpluses, but not all the time. You may be interested that the first strike in recorded history occurred in Ancient Egypt, by craftsmen responsible for tomb construction. Middle kingdom I think.

Shortages happen under capitalism all the time, too. See: the entire third world

But they aren't capitalist countries. They have received the equivalent of three Marshall plans worth of aid and debt forgiveness worth hundreds of billions of dollars from capitalist countries and they are still poor. When does the aid stop?

How can you say they’re not capitalist countries? What system do you think they have? Are capitalist countries known for giving aid to socialist countries?

If you don't have rule of law and property rights you can't have capitalism. Capital itself will flee to where it us safe from confiscation or outright theft.

You know there’s enormous industry throughout the entire third world, right? Every country in the world that isn’t currently undergoing civil war has “rule of law” and “property rights.” And the property rights are what define the economic system! So, what system is it?
