It kills them through starvation/dehydration while food/water is abundant, preventable disease when healthcare is available, exposure when there’s housing available. Hoarding. And that’s not even including the many millions that have died to protect the interests of capitalists.
Again where is capitalism killing all these people and how? If a Houthi is killed in Yemen by a Saudi bullet where they killed by capitalism or because the Shia and Sunni have been killing each other since the ith century?
