The market prioritizes the feedback of those with the most money, with rich customers outranking poor customers, and shareholders vastly outranking rich customers. TV licenses are ridiculous though, the UK is a parody of itself lol

TV licence is a joke. Market prioritizes customers. Why should Ferrari care what I think of their cars if I am never going to buy one? Businesses do get arrogant/complacent, but always pay the price.
