Thanks to my friend Brian @TouchGameplay for bringing this to my attention. I think all of us that are on both @Twitch and @YouTube should be aware. https://www.polygon.com/2018/7/12/17564060/youtube-accounts-twitch-spam-deceptive-surny-linus-tech-tips-astrosizt …

I remember when this was raging a few months ago and simmered down with folks saying what you're saying. That it's more recent and back again is what's worrying. What kind of video do you think people are posting that points toward being live on Twitch? (pt.1)
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Most of the ones I see are literally loops saying I'm live on twitch come watch... not a video with content that then also points to twitch. I think that's where the grey area comes in. Folks just need to be careful. YT has proven that to us over the past several months.

Hopefully this clears it up. Yes, you can make a simple video saying "Hey I'm live on Twitch right now, come watch, link in the description!" There is nothing against TOS, and if you accidentally get flagged for it (false flags are fairly common) your account will be reinstated.pic.twitter.com/Q7PJFyjR3G
