I learned it first through food service and it makes so much sense. I tell my son to dab it when he starts coughing, which makes him giggle, but he remembers xD.

People say that's where "dabbing" comes from in the first place ("dabbing" originally meant inhaling a concentrated dab of cannabis oil, and the dance move supposedly comes from the idea that this makes you cough or sneeze into your elbow)
