      I don’t wanna be a hater but I’m kind of concerned for you. Keto is really unhealthy and could really mess you up. Keto is particularly bad for your brain and as someone who uses their brain professionally you prob wanna be cautious about that.

      I seriously don’t wanna force any of my ideas on you so pls don’t feel attacked but as someone trying to make sure youre healthy I would reccomend looking into some of the research on keto and what effects it has on the body.
