it's also not a game issue because when I'm off stream I literally do not care and chill. once I start caring too much, it just mentally kills me

literally same for me i think it's cause i get too self conscious that people see me have bad moments when playing the game and that leads to a downward spiral of tilt but i've gotten better at it recenty on stream by forcing myself to not care about what others think of my play

I think Seagull has a great mentality when he streams he just always takes it easy. He just tries to have fun no matter what.
