    What if: use public because you want to benefit from their caches and want by hiding in the bulk but also hide your IP to them. You'd need some TLS and DNSSEC-validation and only does TCP, tried slow: no keepalive, if it had, would mean HOL blocking :(

    The mail system Postfix has a built in function to show EVERY configuration that differs from default, in the actual RUNNING (or not, as the case may be) environment. EVERY request for help starts from there. More things need that kind of tool.

    So in an other way, makes things less secure, because the first packet of 0-rtt does not get forward secrecy (video): is this still true in the final version ? I guess it is, because you can't do 0-rtt with DH I presume.

    Hmm, possibly doing something stupid with proxyarp, , HA and but might actually work. :-) The craziest thing is, it might be the simplest solution.
