Is @Android supposed to show the last active @signalapp view when you press the app switcher AND @signalapp is locked? Seems like data leakage....running a Pixel on Beta program.

Reproduce: - Open conversation in Signal - Press home button to leave app - In the android pull-down menu, select "LOCK WITH PASSPHRASE" - Click the app switcher "button" Result: You will see the conversation Expected result (IMO): See Signal lock screen or blank screen

You can change this: Signal Settings -> Privacy -> Screen security This also blocks screenshots within the application, even when it's unlocked.

Users expect to be able to take screenshots by default, but we want this option to be easy to enable for anyone who needs it.

Sorry, morbidly curious...is the expectation comment based on a survey? Seems odd that people using an app focused on securing their chats would want to easily take pictures of the same conversations.

Yeah, the change was based on user feedback. The previous default caused a lot of confusion.
