        No. None of the infrastructure is shared.

        i am not talking about shared infrastructure, but dataexchange between signal backend and skype. in previous app you mentioned only signal application.

        given Signal’s position on the matter & previous defence of that position. It may well be, given Signal’s promotion of the Skype deal that people will expect the same from MSFT on the matter of metadata? So, transparency matters, no?
