Heidi Waterhouse @wiredferret Along with interesting, engaging, and educational talks with a focus on moving the needle on feature flags and release delivery, experiments with different forms of community driven connection, for example the sticker table!

Liz Fong-Jones @lizthegrey who has been a role model for working courageously and advocating for people in general, also pushes the industry at large forward with involvement in program committees driving industry standards at well known conferences, (continued..)

@lizthegrey pushing Operations (whether that's sysadmins to SRE) towards adding more engineering practices especially around monitoring and observability. (it's impossible to encapsulate what these folks do for industry in one tweet!)

@wiredferret, @lizthegrey (and @bridgetkromhout who no longer has a DA title) are some of the folks that I know that have driven the practice of live tweeting talks which has increased the accessibility and reach of speakers that they cover.

Livetweeting increases accessibility to content, and builds connections. It also provides feedback to the speaker about what topics hit the mark (and what may have been missed), so can be extremely valuable to speakers to improve their talks.

Back to the list though! Tessa Mero @TessaMero! She's driving change in API development (and encouraging the conversations through the conference she organizes APICityConf), builds community through meetups, and is pushing forward conversations about measuring value of DevRel.

Ruth Yakubu @ruthieyakubu specializes in Java, AI, and Machine Learning supporting Startups. She also works to help founders build and strengthen their communities especially. (Responsible disclosure, one of my co-workers so I will refrain from too much gushing.)

Mary Thengvall @mary_grace has moved into a director role AND. She's invested years in caring for community, shared resources, and built out the community and slack. As with many roles, it's stressful and undervalued. Support networks are crucial to long term sustainability.

Christian Nwamba @codebeast (responsible disclosure, another coworker!) builds tutorials, speaks internationally, designs and builds websites, and oh by the way is part of building the web community in a huge way in Africa with @forLoopAfrica and @concatenateConf.

I'll cap this off now, there are a ton more wonderful folks doing amazing things. A lot of the time it's small consistent work that isn't always obvious but in the whole has real impact.
