    Being mean to job candidates is not only shitty, it's shortsighted. This industry is small. People talk, and they warn each other. If someone has a bad experience with your company, they're going to tell their friends, and their friends aren't going to want to apply there either.

    Saw something about MSFT 2FA. Azure MFA is the service but keep in mind that your security or IT admin (of the org) controls the experience and the authentication methods that will be presented/not presented as well as when you will get prompted, as per your orgs requirements.
