And the student leaders in Parkland, FL are walking in the tradition of the hundreds of thousands of young people who took to the streets in protest from 2014-2016 and demanded that America confront the reality of police violence against unarmed African Americans.
Young people have always pushed us to confront injustice. Their impatience and demand for immediate change has lit the fire under movements for change at every moment in our history. Parkland students are a part of that of that tradition. They deserve our respect & support.
I just think ignorant period. Children are resilient and they will grieve later but they have one thing one their minds n nothing will deter them n we r so proud of all of them
This is how they are grieving. By taking back the life control that was robbed from them.
