I suppose the question is whether he’s been suspended for antisemitism or bringing the party into disrepute? Surely the latter is still within the purview of the leader?

Presumably he has been suspended as a result of his statement, which is in light of the EHRC report rather than directly as a result of the report?

Didn’t the EHRC criticise Corbyn for intervening to suspend Ken Livingstone when McNicol dragged his heels? And Starmer appears to have taken it on himself to suspend Corbyn? How is one bad and the other okay?
