Starmer seems intent on only providing mild constructive advice and 'nudges' from the sidelines for the next 4-5 yrs - he should be, at the very least, building consensus around important issues and targets like these.

I don’t think he knows how. And he seems content to let a b-team from 2001 dictate a strategy based on what would’ve been good triangulation in 1996
