    If you haven’t read That Will Never Work by , do yourself a favor and get a copy *today*. The chapter on the conversation between and Marc about the leadership of the company is worth the price alone. A timely book with timeless principles.

    Great move by . Ended up deciding that the product was not worth it for me (yet), but the team has been consistently pushing the bar of how to grow their product. No wonder they’re a case study for pretty much every startup today.

    Truly makes me sad that is so clearly the superior product but that will (most likely) be more successful because of superior distribution and integration into the 🍎 ecosystem. Great tie-in with the Super Bowl in the app today. 🔥🔥🔥

    The broader lessons here is this: don’t get into businesses where you will be easily competed away on the basis of price. Either create something a lot better than the next best alternative, or own the bullets and bandages.
