10x fcfe yield, CEO was non promotional and seen to focus on all the right stuff - people, decentralised management. I have some doubts about the cyclicality of the business. But good podcast !

Returns on capital during an arguably peak period don’t seem that attractive based on a cursory view. Unless they are buying businesses below the value of their PPE, which they can’t be based on their BS, this business seems like it needs leverage to deliver nice equity returns
