The Speaker blew out this happened to me, it’s an expensive fix but you can use wireless earphones to get by, what iPhone do you have?

Yup I had the same one and the Speaker Blew out so I couldn’t even use earphones I had to always use AirPods for calls, when I went to Apple to have them run a diagnostic it’s like 300$ to fix it, for now just use AirPods if you have them and get a new phone when you can.
