I’m curious…why would you be nervous? You know your subject. The passion for the craft is evident in your other presentations & in this podcast :) This was an informative and engaging listen. It helped to previously have read some content discussed (e.g LNO & pre-mortem).

Loved your reframing of why one should care about optics internally (in a balanced way). Better to think of it as • creating awareness of impact • seeing it as an opportunity for generating feedback and • building energy & motivation in the team

It seemed to me that you were given some very visible and important roles early as an "ambassador" or key account manager in conjunction with your product management responsibilities. I waited to you to explain what you believe that you did to merit the responsibility.
