Ok I took beginning drawing classes pre-covid for this reason (I failed all day at PI stuff and then went to art class and shaded four cubes and was told how exceptional I was) and yes, it was so nice to end the day with having accomplished something even four shaded cubes

I'm not giving up on 🐘, though I miss you, this place gives off more failed carnival vibes every time I come visit. I'd like it if we could find a substitute that didn't enrich one of the most garbage humans to walk the earth OR drive people away with its weird rules

Getting sunlight in your eyes in the middle of the day can be beneficial but that’s the “circadian dead zone” during which you can’t shift your clock. Viewing morning sunlight & evening sunlight is really the key to a robust nights sleep & strong focus & energy during the day.
