    Hey According to my postpaid 499 plan, I can avail data rollover upto 500GB. I had 377GB balance data and have used upto 250GB. My balance is showing only 12GB, remaining 115GB is stripped off. Explain me why? PROVIDE WHAT YOU PROMISE.
