Monetization can be disabled for several reasons. Here's more about it and what to do if it was an error: https://goo.gl/cNar2n . Also, try uninstalling the app, restart your device and reinstall the updates to see if that fixes the phone screen issue. Let us know.

The best place to check is your Monetization page in Creator Studio: https://www.youtube.com/account_monetization …. From there, you’ll see an explanation with links to relevant resources. You’ll also see the option to reapply from that page in 30 days and you can reapply once you meet the criteria.

As it seems you have given up on helping me, can you at least guarantee that I get the oppertunity to reapply in 30 days? Or are you just saying that because it's supposed to work like that (even though it hasn't yet)
