May be no harm but time still wasted. Why give feedback if you’re certain it won’t be followed? Seems high stress and confrontational for no good reason

In addition: Avoid generalizations like “always” or “never”, “everyone” or “no one”, unless actually true. Sound arguments are oftened weakened by generalizations & lead to friction with others who may justifiable push back against them - distracting from your key point.

Few more here - 1. Replace "Why did you do this?" with "Help me to understand this". 2. Replace "You should do this" with "I believe this will convey more clarity". 3. Replace "I don't know this" with "I'm yet to explore this".

If you are late. Don't apologize. Say. Thank you for waiting.

Eh, context matters. If you don’t have a good reason to be late and room full of people has been waiting for you, a quick “sorry for being late” goes a long way. Not a sign of weakness, I don’t think?

Let's stop pressuring people in becoming perfect at conmunication. Instead let's try to and be explicit and not assume anything without knowing the details as listeners and give people their space and let them communicate naturally

Nice idea in principle. If the whole world was wired to let people communicate how they feel naturally comfortable to do so, it would be a very different place
