My idea for a VC fund: interview the first employee, and base the decision to invest solely on that. This may be a very dumb idea.

9 out of 10 startups are started because founders don't have job. And 10 out of 10 first employees in these 9 startups are the one who again failed to get job or internship. So, I would not buy it in generalized way. For 1 out 10, it is great idea.
