    LMAO - the City of Seattle is subject to a federal court consent decree with DOJ re it’s use of force policies. DOJ is seeking a TRO in federal court re the City Council’s ban on use of tear gas and non-lethal impact munitions. Any policy change needed DOJ and Court approval.
