    Supreme Court expected to issue opinions Tuesday and Wednesday in some of the 27 undecided cases that were argued in the fall. Tops among those involve LGBT rights and DACA. But those could take a while longer.

    Judge clearly not happy about DOJ's 2 sentencing memos and she pressed DOJ lawyer John Crabb to explain what happened. He acknowledged acting US Atty Timothy Shea signed off on the 7-9 year rec and said there was miscommunication between Shea and Barr. Wouldn't say more
