Good question. I mainly wanted to gauge people's reaction to the "term" itself. Highly subjective IMO.
Do you make a distinction between "web frontend team" and "web design team"? What matters for you? Performance, usability or accessibility?

For perf I find quora quite good, so is http://battle.net for the amount of content it shows. For accessibility gov.uk takes the cake.
