Do I know anyone with the Kinesis Advantage 2? I'm starting to get some discomfort with my Ergodox and the internet keeps pointing me towards the Kinesis as the solution.

I'll second that. Didn't move from Ergodox to Kinesis but bought one of esch for work / home, and have now switched the Ergodox at home for a second Kinesis. Much, much better in my opinion

that's good to hear! My Kinesis is arriving tomorrow so I'll see how it goes. I love the programmability of the Ergodox but that's not worth trading for discomfort in my hands!

The Kinesis should is *pretty* programmable. I haven't explored the full set of options, and it's not going to be as fancy with layers, but it'll hopefully not feel too limiting!

Yeah.
@Jack_Franklin the one thing I recommend doing immediately is to swap page up/page down with {[ and ]} respectively. For programming I find that a must.2 replies 0 retweets 2 likes -
for the record, I disagree with this suggestion. I like my Page up/down. But I think it's worth trying both :)
