To any managers out there that now see themselves faced with remote teams for the first time, Don't rush to any conclusions if remote teams didn't quite work out. It may due to a variety of things that don't involve your own failure to plan. It could just be lack of practice,

meaning that doing it more often will help. It could also just be that people aren't feeling great about remote because they also aren't going out with friends. Or they're worried about family, or people they know that have compromised immune systems. Don't give up on remote!
