I guess I just found out a card singling out likeness to be a bit weird - as in, even people I don't particularly like have good points and make good choices. I may also be overthinking this 
Can I assume that when you say "people I like" you're implying more on "people I respect and like"? I've found people that I personally like but aren't a good role fit and I don't particularly want to work with them.
