Fun fact: some people have an internal narrative and some don't As in, some people's thoughts are like sentences they "hear", and some people just have abstract non-verbal thoughts, and have to consciously verbalize them And most people aren't aware of the other type of person

Same. For me it’s easier to write than speak. And i often don’t really know what I’m thinking until i write it.

Same here, when I speak I tend to trip over my words often. It’s because I know the point I’m trying to make but not exactly how to make it.

I get why it drives people crazy, but so often just stop in the middle of a sentence and don't finish it, because I just don't know how. It's not even that I'd be looking for a word, I just don't know how to express the idea that sort of floats in my head.

I think a lot in sentences, but it makes talking super hard. Imagine trying to speak a sentence whilst your brain runs ahead and thinks about the next thing, in a totally different sentence. Trying to handle two sentences (or more) simultaneously frequently causes me to mess up

I stumble over my words and stutter because the voice in my mind has way better speech abilities than me and when I try to speak at the same speed as my mind voice you can't understand a single word
