Is that code public? If yes, what's the repo? Launching _cloud-ly_ or locally could/should be pretty similar...
I'm trying to load up a mongo db into a container, then connect to an app that I am successfully launching into Azure with Github actions. Does anyone want to book an appointment with me to help me? I've never used mongo, and the app was designed to run locally, not 'cloud-ly'.

Check out Azure Cosmos DB. It's almost Mongo. But SaaS. And "cosmic scale" (according to MS)

My GitHub Actions to publish to azure are here: https://github.com/shehackspurple/goof/tree/master/.github/workflows … The Azure one (to publish the app) works. The other one is supposed to publish the DB and it doesn't work at all.
