Nice one. Reminds me of a company I worked at, creating company showrooms in a process that combined art-concepts, classical project management and XP for programming work. People should think more in terms of their own people and environment, less in terms of process.

I like classical PM, a clear idea what I should get at (product, evaluation, prototype, clean-up...), nomadic moving between projects, mixed people in small teams, a playful artsy-crafty physical board with REALLY good "todo lists" & regular MEANINGFUL discussions (design etc).
