It's not a one-to-one ratio. It's many die per medal, even if the medal is for saving lives. How is it possible for parents to see their children march to off to kill or be killed? War of any sort holds no hope of victory, honor or pride. Medals can't cover scars, death & pain.

I took a 14-day technology break. Not sure I'm ready to come back, and I'm pretty sure the Twitter- sphere did OK without me. I think I'll take a few more deep breaths from the sidelines.

Today we release three sessions which explore: do these practice take us a step closer to safe supply, or are they a further extension of over the over-medicalisation of the response to drug use?

A small number of jurisdictions have policy or practice that allow for the prescription of stimulants for people dependent on stimulants; Canada and Czechia took small steps to make medically prescribed stimulants available during the COVID-19 pandemic.

of drug use, possession, distribution and production is mad. We should not misuse criminal law to disadvantage people who use drugs. is an important issue for South Africa and Africa. Justice Cameron

Very grateful to have the voice of Justice Cameron advocating for the decriminalisation of the use, possession and production of drugs.
