    Creating a petition to shut-down the only NSP in Cape Town is a disgusting, malevolent act that leverages racist drug policies to violate the rights of the most marginalized. Who will be held accountable for the consequences?

    It's not a one-to-one ratio. It's many die per medal, even if the medal is for saving lives. How is it possible for parents to see their children march to off to kill or be killed? War of any sort holds no hope of victory, honor or pride. Medals can't cover scars, death & pain.
