Let me tell you the cold, hard truth about most Democrats. They don't have any grassroots support. They hardly get any of their campaign cash from everyday people. Some get 90% & more from corporate PACs and billionaires. So, when it comes time to vote, they sell people out.

I fundamentally reject the notion that we can't afford to hold Democrats accountable to some very basic principles and ideals like not voting for a torturer as the head of the CIA or not voting to cancel essential Wall Street/Big Bank reforms.
What I know is that come election time, Democrats come to Black churches, kiss Black babies, play the sax on Arsenio, go to the BBQ, and even contemplate taking a knee during the National Anthem. But in those off years, they do shit that sets us back decades.
I have voted Dem in recent years as the lesser of two evils, not because they are a great choice. But I’m exhausted by just how awful they really are and the only good I can say is that they’re not the GOP.
After the cheating in the Dem primary, I finally understand, voting the lesser of two evils is still evil. I won't do it anymore.

Colorado Democrats were warned about Bennet being a sell out on multiple fronts. Why didn't they care? If they won't resist the GOP agenda, if they must demonize Berners who have resisted without party support since 2015 - there won't be any resistance! Is that what they want?

It completely would have passed without the 33 dems that voted for it. GOP has a big majority and they voted in lockstep. They are likely in districts where that meaningless vote will help them get re-elected.
