All BS aside... the proper law enforcement agencies need to take a good look at him. It's not normal to have those types of reactions towards people you don't know. He's dangerous.

An unprovoked attack on these women is not "an exception". This wasn't done in the heat of a moment. He clearly meant what he was saying.
It's affecting his wallet.
