1. I want to clearly address my open & public identification and shaming of brutal white supremacists & bigots. I publicly shame men for their public actions. They earned the scorn. They've each caused tremendous pain & intended to do so without consequence. I reject that.
2. I have a 12 point identification verification system I've developed. I have never, not a single time, misidentified a white supremacist. If bigots feel that they can shame others, publicly, even while being filmed, without showing any remorse, why should activists feel guilty for exposing it? This behavior will stop when society deems it’s unacceptable. That’s why activism is so crucial.

I had serious doubts about this approach, but I've been considering the question, & it seems to me that we need to make a strong stand against the way that it is becoming "acceptable" to exhibit racism & bigotry on the public stage. We need to put it back under its rock.
I agree. What do those who disagree with @ShaunKing ‘s approach consider an appropriate response to these behaviors? A quiet letter? Ignore him, don’t give him any attention?

Until these bigots and white supremacists (civilians and police included) feel like they will be held accountable for their actions, nothing is going to change. Keep up the good work @ShaunKing and keep challenging America to demand better.
And most were able to assume they could do so without consequences because they were raised to believe consequences didn’t apply to them and their vile behavior is openly supported by this administration.

Hit them where it hurts; their wallet. If a white supremacist is going to bully people in public and get filmed, identify them, alert their employers and customers of their employers Call for a boycott, get them fired.
Thank you Shaun for taking on this daunting task, you have had to deal with threats to you & your family but still again & again you challenge the status quo, we support through and through!
