I used cannabis the 1st time at 40, just short of 10 years ago, to manage chronic pain & nausea, as I didn't want to turn to opiods. It's been the most effective medication with the least side effects. I've still never smoked it, smoke is hard on the lungs, edibles & vape for me.

I would never say this to anyone else, because
