@NYSBA) doesn’t handle disciplinary actions, it’s just a voluntary association. You are looking for attorney grievances (unrelated to representation or alleged malpractice), which you can find at http://nycourts.gov . -
The attorney discipline division would certainly be interested in this behavior, even if it’s not in relation to a legal matter.

I’m not sure what you mean. I am getting at the fact that in my view behavior such as this guy exhibited would be a violation of the NY ethical rules applicable to attorneys even if unconnected to representing a client. Because it reflects on the integrity of the profession.
