The headlines from America’s most cherished newspapers on what’s going on right now in Gaza are despicable. THIS IS NOT A CLASH. Look up that word. It’s what happens when two equal forces collide. Israelis have shot 800 Palestinians. Not one Israeli injury has been reported.
Shaun, what headlines are you talking about? Do you know who governs the Gaza strip? Do you know who has encouraged protestors to rush the fence in an effort to break into Israel? This is not a "protest" like US media is calling it.
Are you seriously going to argue that an insanely well armed and trained military is justified in using live ammunition on unarmed protesters? There are laws that govern the international community, and they include not massacring civilians.

Two things that annoy me about the aid we give Israel. One, they spend tens of millions of dollars lobbying the United States. Two, they have national health coverage. US citizens don't and the GOP claims we can't afford it. But it's okay to give money to countries that do?
