#evangelicals, as a block, have sought cultural influence with whomever would carry their standard regardless of whether s/he conforms to their stated family values. As a result, they have not always backed the most moral candidates. #Trump is just the nadir of the type.

Close to 40% of Americans (what is it, of likely voters, or all voting age?) seem to have no reasonable degree of perspective or understanding on Trump's historically egregious tenure. Can uncompromised minds afford now not to embrace those who might help reach more voters?
