You do realize folks, you can be guilty of a crime and it can still be dismissed. I know this bc I’ve experienced it in the courtroom and know other folks who have as well.

The fact it says child means it’s probably fake. 99.9% of courts use the term minor not child

Courts don't pick the terms. They are in statutes. My state uses 'child' in many statutes.
