I agree, this is also why we need to stop selling our businesses and infrastructure in our communities to them. We have to maintain our own malls, stores, eateries etc. Just like you said sister, I am tired of the routine.... Profile... then apologize. SMH

Companies can be sued for a lot of money making bad apprehensions and accusations like these. I'm not sure about the laws there, but stopping someone suspected of theft is technically making an "arrest" where I'm from. An apology is the very LEAST they can do and it's not enough
